The front desk staff sent an iron and ironing board to my room immediately. The breakfast package included fruit, a pastry basket, an entree, juice, and tea.
The bathroom door handle was broken. The shower water temperature fluctuated from hot to cold. The window coverings allowed too much light into the room at night.

The staff was friendly. Thomas provided anniversary goodies in my room. I also found the overall design of the space beautiful. The location was convenient. It was easy to reach many destinations.
The corridors were noisy. Heavy doors constantly closed. I also heard a droning machine noise in the room. It seemed to settle in the early hours. The hotel itself felt overpriced
